Certification
International Coaching Federation, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) – the ICF’s advanced credential, recognized worldwide as the standard for professional coaching. Earning the PCC requires completion of accredited training, mentorship, demonstrated mastery of core coaching competencies, and more than 500 hours of documented client coaching. In medicine, this is roughly equivalent to board certification: a marker of both skill and sustained experience in real-world practice.
